Plot is designed to collect only the account, workspace, execution, and billing information needed to operate the service.

Information we process

We process account details, workspace content, tool configurations, run events, result datasets, audit records, and payment references. Provider secrets remain server-side.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, execute requested work, deliver results, settle credits, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Retention and deletion

Workspace administrators can configure data retention. Account deletion requests are recorded and processed with required billing and security retention exceptions.

Service providers

Plot may use managed hosting, payment, data automation, email, database, queue, and storage providers under appropriate agreements.
