Acceptable use

Plot is for legitimate public-web research and authorized automation. These boundaries protect users, data subjects, and the providers that power the service.

Prohibited activity

Do not use Plot for credential theft, authentication bypass, private-account access, automated harassment, spam, illegal personal-data collection, doxxing, or activity prohibited by provider policies or applicable law.

Outreach and contact data

Outreach workflows require user confirmation, reasonable rate limits, opt-out handling, a compliance notice, and recipient data that was provided by the user or legitimately obtained. Plot does not provide mass unsolicited direct-message sending.

Public sources and permissions

Respect website terms, robots directives when applicable, intellectual property, privacy rights, and technical access controls. A page being reachable does not automatically make every use lawful.

Enforcement

Plot may pause runs, disable tools, suspend accounts, preserve audit evidence, or restrict access when activity creates security, legal, provider-policy, or abuse risk.
